Our Washington, D.C. office has an immediate opening for a Project Manager.

Position Description

Role Description

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of projects, ensuring successful execution from planning to completion. Your role will involve close coordination with engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to meet project objectives and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance.

Reporting To: Project Executive

Who Reports to You: N/A

Location: Onsite (Washington, DC)

Your Salary: $110,000-$120,000

Responsibilities

• Planning, coordinating and managing all aspects of the construction projects on the owner side.

• Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, such as clients, contractors, consultants, vendors and regulators.

• Leading and supervising the project team, including engineers, architects, designers, subcontractors and field staff.

• Ensuring compliance with all applicable codes, standards, regulations and contractual obligations.

• Solving problems and resolving issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.

• Delivering the projects on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion

• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and with high quality standards

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, codes, and regulations

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to lead and coordinate stakeholder schedules and interests

• Proficient in using project management software and tools

Skills and Competencies

• Experience working on projects over 50 million

• PMP, CCM, PE, or other certifications
