Aniket Nanda is a seasoned construction professional with over 20 years of experience in the industry. He currently serves as a Quality Control Manager at McKissack & McKissack, a role he has held since October 2020. His expertise spans various sectors, including heavy civil, highway/transit, water plants, and commercial projects. Mr. Nanda’s responsibilities include ensuring the execution of Quality Control (QC) and Safety procedures per ISO 9000 standards, organizing weekly progress and QC meetings, and preparing estimates, technical proposals, and change orders. He is skilled in the design and detailing of anchoring systems, analysis of building foundation behavior, and the installation of support of excavation systems. His employment history includes significant roles at Costello Construction, Archer Western Contractors, and Dane Construction. Notably, he has managed projects such as the United 2023 Infrastructure Capital Improvement Plan and various modernization programs for the District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS), focusing on achieving Net-Zero Energy goals. Mr. Nanda holds a Master of Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Pune, India.
